Tashia the Artist: I have been singing and performing professionally for the past 21 years and sang throughout my country, South Africa, at festivals (KKNK, Hermanus, George, Jeffrey’s Bay, Ladismith,Pretoria, Cape Town, etc.) and also various fundraising events such as the Jacaranda Children’s home and also for old age homes. My genre consists of ABBA, Celine Dion, Country, Ballades, Dana Winner, Gospel and Afrikaans songs. I performed with quite a few well know artist in South Africa. Artists such as Steve Hofmeyr, Mathys Roets, Ken Mullen, Nadine, Francois Hayes, Christo & Cobus, Kurt Darren, The Campbels, Guillaume, Andre Swiegers, Gerrie Pretorius, Kevin Leo, Danie Niehaus, Steve Hofmeyr and many more. Thus far, I have recorded 4 CD’s. I have been a praise & worship leader for about 18 years in various churches and my passion is to sing to the Lord. This CD was purely recorded by public demand. This song was also the theme song of a movie with the same name, which was released by Brettian Productions in 2009-2010. In June 2017, another movie called “Erfgenaam” was released with one of my songs as the theme song. The song is called “Free Falling”.
